In general, on the first day of our tour (not the arrival day) we will sort out most of the admin stuff, including setting up their sim card. If your traveller arrives a few days earlier, they can come to the office before the tour to offer this extra bit of service of setting them up a little bit earlier. There is Wi-Fi at the hostel for the meantime!
