To make a booking you need to follow the below process:

  1. Go to the Travel Agent Booking Hub and select the product you’d like to book.
  2. Check availability for your desired date on the calendar. This is the date the tour starts, not the landing date. No need to worry about extra nights because the next page asks about this. If you’re booking someone as Open Dated ticket, this must be done through our website.
  3. So if your customer is looking to join us on the 15/8 tour but lands on 13/8, still submit 15/8 and hit “book now”.
  4. The next page will ask if you need any extras. This includes things like extra nights’ accommodation, private upgrades, or maybe one of our road trip add on packages.
  5. In this example you’d need to select Extra Night Accommodation (Pre-Tour) and change the amount to 2. Then hit confirm.
  6. On next page, on the right hand side there is a section to enter a promo code. Enter your promo code for your agency and that’s how we’ll know it’s you. 
  7. This promo code will take the amount to $0.
  8. On the left hand side there are 2 steps to complete the booking. Step 1 is filling out some simple customer details. 
  9. Step 2 of 2 is Billing and Contact. Enter your customer’s name but YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
  10. Hit the Book Now button and your customer is booked. This booking goes directly into our booking system and you’ll get a reference immediately, how good is that?!
  11. Once the booking is confirmed we will switch over the email addresses so the primary email is the customer’s. They won’t receive anything from us until their pre-departure email 5 weeks before they travel.
