Epic Road Trips with Your New Travel Family
One thing we love most about our job, is to see a group of complete strangers come together during our tours. So our travellers can continue that journey together, we have created two Road Trip Add-Ons for after their tour, be it Welcome to Melbourne OR Welcome to Sydney. Your customer can book these through you or when they are here.
What Add-Ons are Offered?
The Great Ocean Road Trip (Melbourne) and Blue Mountains Road Trip (Sydney) are 5 day / 4 night road trip packages that we recommend to our travellers for the week following their welcome week. The good news: they are commissionable 🙂
They are unguided but we give them a rough itinerary to follow and get them their cars and nights accommodation booked in (included in the price) and send them on their way. It’s a great way for our travellers to spend some more time together (after their Welcome to Melbourne/Sydney tour) while visiting iconic areas ticking off bucket list items around Melbourne or Sydney.
Why don’t we visit these locations during our tours? Because there is only one way of visiting these, which is on an epic group road trip with mates!

Blog-style itinerary and tips
We would like to point out that your customer won’t be travelling on this road trip alone or with strangers. This Add-On is exclusive to the Welcome To Travel tour group of that specific tour week and out of the 22 people on our tours, 75% of them opt-in for this Add-On!
Dates
We have the road trip add-on dates locked in from the Tuesday to Saturday, the week after the Welcome Tour (Sunday to Thursdays for our tours starting on Thursdays). This gives your customer the time to ‘recover’ from the Welcome Tour, have time to organise themselves and get ready for an epic trip the next days.
This means that if your customer has opted in for the Add-On, you can also book them the extra nights accommodation in the Melbourne/Sydney hostel for the nights after our tours and before the start of their road trip!
