Understandably, travellers will often have many questions about our tours and about travelling to Australia in general. We have an FAQ section on our website, at the bottom of each separate tour page. We advise you to take a look at these whenever you have a chance so you know where to find most answers to your customers’ questions when they are in front of you.

Likewise for you as a travel agent, we completely understand that you may have questions that are totally different to the customer. These could be questions about our booking processes, our different tours and the different commission rates of extras and add ons.
