This is about planning ahead – however you are able to change dates for free.

You just need to change your date at least 29 days before your booked travel date.

We know plans change all the time – so if you need to change the date and it falls into a different discount section then the discount amount may get reduced.

There are certain discounts amount based on how well you have planned your future travels.

Which we have broken down into five sections.

For each section there are only 20 codes available. 😳

Our normal terms and conditions come into play here.

The period of time between the scheduled departure date and reception of notice of cancellation and the corresponding cancellation fee:

• 56 or more days before booked date: Free tour date change and no cancellation fee. 
• 55-29 days: Free tour date change and 10% cancellation fee. 
• 15-28 days before booked date: $200 tour date change or 50% cancellation fee (of full RRP)
• Within 14 days: No Tour Date Change or 100% cancellation fee**

Unfortunately not.

With our Black Friday specials we have to coordinate this with every single element of our tours, from the surf school to our welcome meals, who help us with the special.

They allow us for Black Friday only to give you these specials.
