Firstly to confirm a spot on a particular tour we don’t ask for the full amount upfront just a $99AUD deposit.

You can choose to pay the whole amount upfront or contact us whenever you would like yo make a payment towards your tour.

Alternatively you will be sent the following emails.

• Final payment request sent 28 days before tour date
• Full payment must be made within 21 days of the tour date
• Full payment will be required at the time of booking if you make your initial booking within the final payment dates e.g. within 28 days.
• If the tour balance is not paid within 14 days of the tour start date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Yes! If you pay your deposit and later realise you have to change your date, don’t panic. 

You can change the date of your booking, unlimited times and subject to availability, up until 14 days before your departure date.

By making an Open Dated booking, all you need to do for now is pay the $99AUD deposit! 

No need to pick a date yet, take your time to figure out all the details. When you’re ready and you know when you want to come over, get in touch with us and we’ll book you in. Until you contact us with a proposed date, your booking remains Open Dated in our system.

The $99 deposit is required to secure your booking. But don’t worry! Full payment is only required 21 days before your departure date, which gives you time to save money for it! 

However, if you make a booking within 21 days of your departure date, you will need to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
