Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This promotion is operated by Welcome to Travel in affiliation with Millett Group (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who are eligible to legally obtain and hold a valid Australian Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417 or 462, as applicable) for the full duration of the prize period.

Entrants must satisfy all Australian Government visa requirements. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for visa refusal, delays, or ineligibility.

Employees of the Promoter, associated companies, and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry.

3. Entry Requirements
   To enter, participants must:

• Submit their details via the official entry form
• Upload a current CV
• Submit up to a 60-second video explaining what a Working Holiday Visa would mean to them

Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Entry Period
   Entries open on 16 February 2026 and close on 1 March 2026 at 23:59 (GMT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection
   Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

The winner will be selected during the week commencing 2nd March 2026 by a judging panel appointed by Welcome to Travel.

Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity and originality
• Authenticity and personal storytelling
• Demonstrated motivation and suitability for a Working Holiday experience
• Alignment with the spirit and values of Welcome to Travel

The entry deemed most compelling according to the above criteria will be selected as the winner.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be contacted directly by Welcome to Travel via official email and/or phone call only. The Promoter will never request payment or financial details in order to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on the same judging criteria.

6. The Prize

The prize consists of:

• One way economy flight to Melbourne, Australia from anywhere in the world (maximum value $2000 AUD)
• Australian Working Holiday Visa application fee (up to $670 AUD)
• 52-day guided East Coast tour: The Hemsworth Package (Melbourne to Cairns)
• One domestic flight from Cairns to Sydney provided by Welcome to Travel
• Accommodation and ticketed access to Luna Park’s Sydney New Year’s Eve (as specified)
• Paid job placement for approximately 90 days with one of the specified partners

Travel & Participation Dates

The winner must be available and agree to participate in the prize across the following fixed dates:

• The winner must arrive in Melbourne prior to the commencement of The Hemsworth Package, which begins on 18 October 2026.
• The Hemsworth Package will run from 18 October 2026 to 8 December 2026, with additional accommodation provided in Cairns until 13 December 2026.
• Accommodation in Sydney will be provided from 13 December 2026 to 4 January 2027, including attendance at Luna Park’s Sydney New Year’s Eve event.
• The paid job placement will run from 11 January 2027 to 10 April 2027.

The winner must be fully available for the above dates. The prize is date-specific and cannot be deferred, transferred, or rescheduled.

Failure to commit to or complete any phase of the prize during the specified dates may result in forfeiture of the remaining components of the prize.

Total estimated prize value exceeds $10,000 AUD.

If flight costs exceed the stated caps, the winner will be responsible for the difference. No cash alternative will be offered.

Prize components are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative arrangements.

The winner must redeem and complete the full prize package as outlined. Partial redemption is not permitted.

7. Prize Conditions
   The winner must:

• Be available to travel and work from 18 October 2026 to 10 April 2027
• Complete all phases of the experience as outlined
• Meet employment requirements of the job placement provider
• Comply with visa conditions at all times
• Agree to reasonable promotional, content creation and social media participation requirements during the prize period

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Visa & Employment Responsibility
   The winner is solely responsible for meeting all visa, health, character and employment requirements set by Australian authorities and relevant employers. The Promoter is not liable for visa refusal, cancellation, employment termination, or failure to meet government or employer requirements.
9. Publicity & Content Rights
   By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, likeness, submitted video content, and related materials for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes across digital, social, and print channels without additional compensation.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
    Personal data submitted in connection with this promotion will be processed by Welcome to Travel in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and, where applicable, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Information provided will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and where consent is given, for marketing communications.

Entrants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Welcome to Travel via the official website.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to administer the competition.

11. Platform Disclaimer
    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.
12. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to this promotion is final.
