We have open dated tours available, but please note that tours do book out months in advance.

If you do book a date and want to change, you can change your date for free at least 43 days before your booked travel date.

Our normal terms and conditions come into play here.

The period of time between the scheduled departure date and reception of notice of cancellation and the corresponding cancellation fee:

  • 56 or more days before booked date: Free tour date change or no cancellation fee.
  • 55 – 43 days before booked date: Free tour date change or 10% cancellation fee (of full RRP) .
  • 42 – 15 days before booked date: $200 tour date change or 50% cancellation fee (of full RRP)

Within 14 days: No Tour Date Change or 100% cancellation fee**

With our Black Friday specials we have to coordinate this with every single element of our tours, from surf schools to our welcome meals, who help us with the special.

They allow us for Black Friday only to give you these specials.

*If you have an existing booking with Welcome to Travel which you cancel and then rebook using the discount code – the booking with the discount code will not be honoured.

However, your original booking at the original price can be reinstated.
