Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Welcome to Travel, ABN 33 669 019 452, based in Melbourne, Australia. 

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 to 39 years at the time of entry.
• Entrants must reside outside of Australia.
• Employees and immediate family members of Welcome to Travel are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 12:00 AM AEST on Monday, 19 May 2025.
• Entries close at 6:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 8 June 2025.
• The winner will be announced live on Instagram at 8:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 8 June 2025 via the @welcometo.travel Instagram page.

4. How to Enter

Each entrant can submit up to two entries:

1. One entry by signing up with their email via the competition page on our website.
2. First bonus entry by following @welcometo.travel on Instagram, tagging two friends and commenting “win” in the comments of the competition post.
3. Second bonus entry by following @welcometo.travel on TikTok and tagging two friends in the comments of the competition post.

Duplicate entries via either method will not be counted.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive:

• A one-way flight to Melbourne, Australia, valued up to $2,000 AUD. Any cost exceeding this amount must be covered by the winner.
• A place on the Welcome to Melbourne group tour.
• A place on the Great Ocean Road group tour.

Please note:

• The prize does not include a return flight, travel insurance, visas, meals not included in the tours, or personal expenses.

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement (by 8 June 2026).
• Travel and tour dates are subject to availability, and blackout periods may apply.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative travel experiences.
• If the winner is unable to redeem the prize within the validity period, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will be conducted live on Instagram (@welcometo.travel) at 8:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 8 June 2025.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of the announcement to claim their prize, or an alternative winner may be selected.
  

8. Use of Personal Information

By entering the competition, participants agree to receive emails and marketing communications from Welcome to Travel. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

• Welcome to Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, entrants confirm they accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
