A Community Team Sales Consultant is there for the traveller every step of the way.
This could be a future traveller sat in Stockholm with questions about travelling Australia, you will be there on a call to answer them.
When they’re here, you will be here to inspire them to travel, organising them the dream trip.
After they have finished travelling, they may come to you for advice on how to find work and guess what? You’ll be there to help find them a job using our employment resources.
We’re with each one of our travellers every step of the way and we want them to have the best experience possible while they’re in Australia.
A Community Team Sales Consultant is a huge part of someone’s journey and if you help the traveller have the best journey possible, they will remember you forever.

Let Us Tell You About The Role
- Although your working week and expectations will be clear, the role will be kept exciting and fresh as no two days are the same
- This will be a sales role, selling the best thing ever, travel!
- Our growth to date has been the result of hard work, but also team collaboration. We encourage great ideas from all team members and we are not afraid to implement them/try new things
- Performance will be assessed on sales results and customer feedback
You will be:
- Holding virtual and face to face one on ones, both before people travel here and when they’re here in Australia
- Arranging people’s onward travels all around Australia and beyond
- Working with the rest of the team to deliver the best service possible
- Using our employment resources to help travellers get a job
- The travellers main point of contact
- Working towards sales targets

Requirements
We’re looking for someone that is:
- Excited by selling the best thing in the world to sell to anyone, TRAVEL!
- Self-motivated, confident and energetic
- An excellent communicator
- Empathetic
- Passionate about travel
- Organised
- Able to solve problems
- Open to development through training and feedback
- Motivated by targets and bonuses
- Experience working with people in some capacity, for example in hospitality, tourism or sales
