Tour Reservations Agent

As we grow and work towards our goal of being the Number 1 go to company that young people travel Australia with, we are looking for an efficient go getter to ensure our reservations are made smoothly and accurately so that our travellers can have the very best experience with us.

Let Us Tell You About The Role, You will be:

• Responsible for every aspect of ours tours run smoothly
• Communicating with all of our partners to book in every element of the tour 
• Communicating with travellers to ensure all of their details are correct prior to travel
• Assisting travellers with pre-departure questions they may have about the logistics of their tour
• Working with the Tour Manager to ensure all of this 

Our growth to date has been the result of hard work, but also team collaboration. We encourage great ideas from all team members and we are not afraid to implement them/try new things, meaning you will have opportunities to share your ideas on how to improve the current systems in place.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone that has the below attributes:

• Good at working independently and autonomously
• Assertive
• An excellent communicator
• Good organisation skills
• Able to solve problems
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Good at working under pressure
• Able to work to clear instructions
• Efficient and proficient working with various software, eg Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail
• Not afraid to learn new systems and programs

What we’re offering:

• Full time role with hourly rate and entitlements- This role starts is 38 hours
