Travel Sales Consultant

- Available to work weekends – this is a must
- Holding virtual and face to face travel consultations, both before people travel here and when they’re here in Australia
- Arranging people’s onward travels all around Australia and beyond, whether it’s selling them on our own tours or creating a build-your-own itinerary
- Using our employment resources to help travellers get a job

- Setting up the new travellers admin needs

Travel Sales Consultant & Tour Guide

- Day 1 – Meet & Greet, Admin Set Up, Walking Tour, Welcome Meal
- Day 2 – Food & Drink Day
- Day 3 – Surfing & Phillip Island Penguin Viewing
- Day 4 – Hanging Out With Roos and Koalas, Wine Tasting and Beach Hangs
- Day 5 – Work and Travel Presentation, St Kilda Beach
- Day 6 – One on One Meetings, Bar Crawl
- Day 7 – Rooftop BBQ
Customer Service Agent | Melbourne Community Team
- Our travellers main point of contact for anything work and travel related
- Helping our travellers with their admin needs for their time in Australia
- Using our employment resources to help travellers get a job
- Helping travellers rearrange their travels when their trip gets disrupted
- Organising date changes, cancellations and refunds
- Arranging people’s onward travels all around Australia and beyond
- Holding face to face one on ones, with travellers on our Welcome Tours and Mini Packs
- Working closely with the Travel Sales Consultants to create bespoke itineraries, process payments and finalise bookings
- Working towards team and individual sales targets

TRAVEL HOST | SYDNEY
- Being the guide on day one of our Welcome to Australia: East Coast tourÂ
- Tour guiding our Sydney Mini Pack travellers around the city – showing them all the best spots
- Delivering travel and employment talks to travellers on our Welcome Tours
- Being the biggest Welcome to Travel Hype person around
- Part time, 2-4 days per week role.Â
Tour Reservations Agent | Melbourne
- Responsible for every aspect of our tours running smoothly
- Communicating with all of our partners to book in every element of the tourÂ
- Communicating with travellers to ensure all of their details are correct prior to travel
- Assisting travellers with pre-departure questions they may have about the logistics of their tour
- Working with the Tour Manager to ensure all of this
