Our Welcome Tours are swapping to a 5-day format. These tours are still fully guided, so you have on-the-ground support from day one. They include all the helpful things we know you love, airport pick up and a FREE Welcome Pack to help with everything Working Holiday Visa-related. But we’ll also show you the best time! We’ll take you to the very best beaches, show you the city’s icons and hidden gems and so much more.
And for the first time, there’s no doubling up on our tours. So you can choose to join both Welcome to Melbourne and Welcome to Sydney and see the sights with your new travel fam.

We know you love our 30 Day East Coast tour, so she’s not going anywhere. In fact, we’ve added some new competition. Our brand new 37 and 44 day packages include our iconic East Coast Tour with guided time in Sydney and for our 44-day package, guided time in Melbourne and Sydney. That’s two iconic cities AND our 30 Day East Coast Tour all in one go.
Welcome to Australia Sydney - Cairns: 37 Days
This is everything you love about our 30 Day East Coast tour with an extra week to really explore Sydney. You’ll be picked up from the airport on day one, meet your travel fam and spend the next five days ticking off all the must-see Sydney sights. We remember when we saw the Sydney Opera House for the first time… there’s no feeling like knowing all your planning, saving and preparing has brought you to this moment.
Our free Welcome Pack add-on means we’ll take care of all your Working holiday admin too and offer support for finding work and accommodation after your travels have ended.
After a week in Sydney, you’ll start travelling up the East Coast with stops in iconic surf towns, nature-filled paradises and tropical rainforests. All the bucket-list activities are included, yep that scenic flight over the Heart Reef, the three days camping on K’gari and finishing by snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef. What an adventure.
Welcome to Australia Sydney - Cairns: 44 Days
Two iconic cities AND our 30 Day East Coast Tour all in one go. This is the full East Coast experience.
You’ll start in Melbourne on our OG Tour, Welcome to Melbourne. We’ll pick you up at the airport, let you get settled in and then join your group with a welcome dinner. Over the rest of the week you’ll see why Melbourne is voted Australia’s most liveable city (and also visit the beaches that are so often overlooked). You’ll also have time to visit the iconic Great Ocean Road as an optional add-on.
Then it’s onto Sydney for another guided week of city-exploring! We’ll of course stop at Sydney Harbour, Bondi Beach and also share our favourite lesser-known spots.
You’ll also be able to add on our Welcome Pack to sort out your Working Holiday admin throughout your first few weeks.
Then it’s time to carry on the adventure. You’ll be travelling up the East Coast, stopping off everywhere, literally. Beaches, islands, rainforests and of course all those bucket-list items we keep talking about (they’re just that good). Yep, that’s the three days driving around the world’s largest sand island, K’gari, a boat trip and scenic flight over The Whitsundays and Heart Reef and finally snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef.

Our Hemsworth, Irwin, Margot and Rebel packages are retiring at the end of 2026. We’ve loved showing you the East Coast on these packages but we’re more excited to offer you tours that are even better value for money.
CAN I STILL BOOK A PERSONALISED TRIP?
You absolutely can! Our Build Your Own East Coast tours lets you book a solo trip. This is a customised itinerary, personalised to you but with still all our support, recommendations and tips along the way.
